Their solutions help companies navigate the complex corporate legal, financial and compliance landscape with offerings around legal, tax, trade, reporting and compliance to name a few. You will be selling a portfolio of industry leading solutions focused on supporting mid market clients with their day to day operations.They are seeking a dynamic and experienced Account Executive to join their team and help to expand their corporates SMB market presence (£5m - £500m turnover) while nurturing strong customer relationships.As a Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing customer relationships, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention for their corporate customers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies, acquire new customers, and maximize revenue from existing accounts. As well as target a strategic new business target list of prospective customers.This role is responsible for new business growth in existing accounts within assigned account territory made up of mid market customers. It carries a monthly and annual sales quota based on new business sales through targeted upsell and cross sell campaigns. So the ability to navigate complex accounts is essential as well as being able to demonstrate self-sufficient success and the ability to find, manage and close high-value deals.You will need to have a at least 2 years B2B sales experience ideally selling one of the mentioned solutions, be target driven, comfortable working to KPI's but most importantly have the ability to articulate complex solutions.About The Role:Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and expand the commercial/SMB customer baseCollaborate with account specialists, solution consultants, product specialists, and marketing teams to create effective sales and renewal strategiesAct as a customer advocate within the companyMeet or exceed established goals, KPIs, and performance metricsDrive new customer acquisition through strategic sales initiativesIdentify, pursue, and close new sales opportunities within assigned territory or market segmentUpsell and cross-sell to existing customers to maximize revenueFoster strong, long-term relationships with key customers and stakeholdersLead customer meetings and develop presentations for complex sales opportunitiesUnderstand customer business needs and challengesPresent tailored solutions demonstrating how our products solve specific problemWork closely with solution consultants to develop tailored solutionsAbout You:MBA or relevant degree - preferredFluent in German1+ years of experience in B2B sales in the software/technology Information, data, legal, accounting, tax industryProven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targetsStrong understanding of AI and software technology products and servicesExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsDemonstrated ability in solution selling and strategic account planningExperience with CRM systems and sales analytics toolsTrack record of developing and nurturing partner relationships
