It's fun to work in a company where people truly BELIEVE in what they're doing!
We're committed to bringing passion and customer focus to the business.
We're currently recruiting for an Assistant Site Manager to join our Chiltern Division, working on our Whitehouse Park development in Milton Keynes.
What does it take to be a successful Assistant Site Manager at Crest?
To carve a career as a quality Assistant Site Manager with Crest, you’ll be proactive and supportive to your manager and the subcontractors who supply you. It is essential that you are a strong relationship builder to ensure quality workmanship and collaborative problem-solving when faced with challenges and to prevent reoccurrences.
You will work closely with other departments in the region during the development and construction phases. This is not an isolated role but a key central point in delivering quality homes. Your subcontractors will need guidance and direction so that you can work together to reach your targets and deliver an outstanding final product.
The role requires resilience and drive to deliver the build programme on budget and on time. You will be naturally motivated to do so and will never compromise on the quality of the finished product.
Working for Crest means delivering house types where each plot may present new challenges, requiring innovative thinking and flexibility. We build more than 'good' homes; we build exceptional ones.
As a Health and Safety Ambassador, you will ensure your site setup and operations are consistently in line with Crest and industry standards, from the moment you step onto the site until the final handover of keys to a property.
We believe communication and good leadership are key to getting the job done. We encourage you to develop your leadership skills in the role of Assistant Site Manager as you work your way up to Site Manager.
You will have at least two years’ experience in a similar assistant role, with knowledge of tools and trades in any specialized area. Experience in building traditional homes with a consistent track record of completing projects is also required.
