Payroll Specialist
* Lurgan, Armagh (Hybrid working)
* 37.75 hours per week
* Monday to Thursday 8am – 4pm & Friday 8am – 2pm
Join our team at Terex GBS as a dedicated Payroll Specialist to contribute to our Payroll team.
GBS UK, based in Lurgan, Co Armagh, supports Terex entities across the UK, Europe, Australia, and the US. We handle various financial functions including General Ledger Accounting, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Business Tax, Travel and Expenses, and Payroll.
We are seeking a full-time payroll specialist to manage weekly and monthly payroll for multiple sites.
What you’ll do
* Process weekly and monthly payrolls
* Gather and prepare supporting documents for payroll transactions
* Ensure timely third-party payroll payments, including pensions
* Support payroll audits
* Reconcile and submit year-end returns to HMRC
* Assist with payroll projects
* Handle correspondence from HMRC
* Perform other related responsibilities as required
What you’ll bring
* Experience managing multiple end-to-end payrolls, with knowledge of ADP iHCM or similar
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
* Minimum GCSE level education or equivalent
* Experience in a Shared Service environment is a plus but not essential
