This is an exciting opportunity to join the Operations team and be part of a friendly and supportive employer where every staff member is known and valued. It is a diverse role, supporting the operation departments with administrative and operational support. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager.
Key Responsibilities
* To manage the day-to-day administration for school minibuses; to be the first point of contact for parent and staff bookings. Daily liaison with minibus drivers and administration of minibus upkeep, maintenance, compliance and health & safety.
* To support as a minibus driver when cover is required.
* To provide daily support to Reception, ensuring the office is always manned and the functions of this area are effectively carried out.
* To support the cleaning and laundry departments with ordering, submitting maintenance tickets and general queries.
* To support with the communication process for food allergies to the school contract caterer.
* To support the Events & Lettings team with the delivery of school events and Lettings bookings.
* Flexibility to undertake all reasonable activities required in the Operations department.
