You will provide daily support to the workshop team: Liaising with production Management Team in relation to production plan, ordering stock from suppliers, arising purchase order numbers, booking in deliveries on in-house system Liaising with Customer Service team in relation to any production delays, and providing regular updates Checking stock levels, updating spreadsheets with new stock deliveries, and final product despatches Compiling weekly time-sheets for workshop team, monitoring overtime and agency costs General administration tasks, including photocopying, filing, data entry and compiling information for reportsWe would expect the successful Support Administrator to be able demonstrate a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, be an excellent communicator and have a friendly, confident, and supportive manner, with the ability to prioritise workloads.
