We are working in partnership with a well-regarded secondary school in Loughborough that is looking to appoint a committed and motivated English Teacher to join their English department ASAP. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity with a strong possibility of becoming permanent for the right candidate.

The Role:
* Deliver engaging and effective English lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4
* Teach English Language and English Literature
* Plan lessons, assess student work, and provide constructive feedback
* Differentiate teaching to meet the needs of learners of all abilities
* Work collaboratively within the English department on curriculum planning and enrichment
* Foster a positive classroom culture that promotes reading, critical thinking, and confident expression
The Ideal Candidate:
* A qualified English Teacher with QTS/QTLS (or equivalent)
* Strong subject knowledge and genuine enthusiasm for English
* A reflective practitioner committed to raising student attainment
* Confident behaviour management and classroom presence
* A collaborative team player with strong communication skills
