Your Role Will Include:
* Building and nurturing client relationships across Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire.
* Developing new business opportunities to meet monthly and quarterly targets.

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:30. 8.5 hours per day between these hours, plus on-call on a company-wide rota, normally 1 in 12 weekends.

Experience & Qualifications
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience in recruitment (ideally within Industrial, Engineering, Driving, or Commercial sectors).
* A confident communicator with strong negotiation skills.
* Commercially savvy and highly organised.
* A proactive team player with a drive to succeed.
* Full UK driving licence.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
