We are now looking for Logistics Operations Coordinator your role will be to provide logistics operations support to the business. This role will see the job holder take ownership from start to finish and be the main point of contact, with support from the wider team, on multiple logistics projects Main Duties Co-ordination and monitoring of projects and other relevant administration; sourcing service providers, contractors and suppliers; obtaining quotes; and dealing with problems Ensuring all work runs in a timely, cost-effective manner within budgets and timescales Placing orders with suppliers; making arrangements in relation to monitoring all relevant deliverables Preparing required job documentation including RAMS Invoicing projects and providing adequate documentation for the Accounts Dept in respect of all transactions Finding and arranging appropriate travel for individuals and groups within budget constraints; communicating travel information to travellers Providing general administrative support to the business; general office duties including answering phones, setting up meeting rooms, dealing with daily outgoing post and small parcels as required Accurately contributing to month end procedures In order to apply You will need to have a Logistics, freight forwarding or manufacturing b...
