About this role
As a Care Assistant, you'll support our residents in maintaining their independence and dignity by assisting with everyday tasks and activities tailored to their individual needs.
Responsibilities
* Assist residents with personal care (e.g., washing, dressing, oral hygiene)
* Promote independence and improve quality of life
* Observe and record physical and emotional wellbeing, reporting any changes
* Assist with meals and hydration to support nutritional needs
* Encourage and support participation in activities
* Build and maintain positive relationships with residents and their families
* Complete all relevant documentation accurately and in a timely manner
* Assist with safe mobility and transfers (e.g., from bed to chair)
* Report any safeguarding concerns promptly and appropriately
Training & Support
Full training is provided, so if you’re new to the care sector, we’ll help you start your journey with confidence. Whether you’re new to care or already have experience, if you have a kind nature and are motivated by making a difference, we’d love to hear from you.

* £13.33 per hour
* 22 & 33 hours per week (11‑hour shifts)
