This support involves conducting analysis, monitoring, reporting, and visually presenting data and key performance indicators. By scrutinising data, you will identify emerging trends and patterns to generate information that aids business decisions and assists operational colleagues in resolving issues promptly and effectively. Cultivating strong collaborative relationships with all departments, the role will offer guidance and assistance to personnel at all levels of the operation, significantly contributing to maintaining a high level of operational excellence across the organisation. This role will be based at our office at BCA Corby. Responsibilities… Monitor and report daily internal & customer quality key performance indicators. Creation of daily management reports and performance dashboards Develop standardised reporting methods. Promote and support the effective use of data, information, knowledge and technology to monitor and maximise vehicle quality and concern resolution. Support improvements in data quality. Conduct data analysis and provide accurate reporting to assist Quality Engineers in resolving concerns. Propose and formulate improvement activities based on factual data to reduce concerns and improve overall quality. Assist in reporting product and process audits on-site. Who you are…. Proficient in data analysis techniques. Demonstrable experience with Power BI and dashboard creation is highly advantageous. Familiarity with Quality processes and principles Self-motivated, proactive team player Excellent grasp of the Product Quality Standard. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in using Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Outlook. Experience or demonstrable expertise in a similar Quality Support Role within another industry. Strong people skills and ability to engage effectively with stakeholders. Exceptional attention to detail.
