Service Coordinator Field Engineers We are seeking a Service Coordinator to plan, coordinate and support a team of field service engineers installing, maintaining and repairing machinery. This role focuses on scheduling, customer communication, SLA compliance and accurate service administration. Key Responsibilities: Schedule and dispatch field engineers based on priority, location and availability Optimise routes to maximise productivity and minimise travel time Act as the main point of contact for service requests and customer updates Create, assign and track service jobs, ensuring accurate records and timely invoicing Coordinate with engineers to ensure correct tools, parts and documentation are available Escalate technical issues where required Monitor spare parts availability and maintain accurate stock records Ensure service work complies with safety and regulatory standards Communicate daily with engineers, warehouse and service teams Key Skills & Experience: Experience coordinating field engineers or service operations Strong organisational and scheduling skills Excellent customer communication and problem-solving ability Good administrative skills with attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Skills: Telephone Skills Transport Administration Data Entry Administrative Benefits: Pension Fund
