* Act as the single point of contact for planning and scheduling across all regions, ensuring all activities follow relevant standards
and specifications.
* Develop and improve planning competencies, methods, processes, and tools, while mentoring and supporting Junior Planners.
* Provide timely, fit‑for‑purpose planning support for tenders, studies, and projects, and challenge client requirements when
beneficial.
* Lead, guide, and develop discipline members, including performance appraisals, goal‑setting, and participation in recruitment.
* Contribute to a positive and collaborative working environment internally and externally.
* Create and maintain project and tender schedules, identifying long‑lead and critical items, and coordinating with
operational/support units for accurate cost and progress data.
* Prepare schedule updates and management reports, monitor project progress, identify critical activities, and review forecasts.
* Ensure contractors deliver resource‑loaded schedules at agreed intervals and analyze Daily Progress Reports during offshore
execution.
* Update and maintain the Global Vessel Schedule.

* Significant experience within planning and scheduling
* Experienced in Microsoft Project and Safran and Primavera Software
* Highly organised with strong prioritisation, workload, and time‑management abilities, ensuring deadlines are met.
* Detail‑oriented leader with proven capability to guide and support teams effectively.
* Strong commercial and contractual mindset, paired with excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
