Permanent position. Part‑time hours available (minimum of 2 days per week*).

Session Requirements
* Monday to Friday:
o Early shift: 08:00‑16:00
o Late shift: 14:00‑22:00 (at least one late shift per week)
* Saturdays: 08:30‑17:00 (at least 1 in every 3 weekends)
* Each day will include 5 appointments.
Your Role
The Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist will provide high quality, safe and effective Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapy.
Responsibilities
* Provide high‑quality Cognitive Behavioural Therapy or low‑level brief interventions demonstrating excellent clinical outcomes.
* Deliver comprehensive assessments and formulations that drive evidence‑based intervention, ensuring the most appropriate pathway of care.
* Provide different models of service delivery including face‑to‑face, telephone or video consultations, depending on client preference.
* Adhere to Bupa’s case management processes and work collaboratively with the Clinical Leads and wider therapy team.
* Adhere to sessional limits based on the client’s monetary allowance while working towards therapeutic recovery goals.
* Provide signpost or onward referral as required.
* Provide ad‑hoc or one‑off wellbeing support and coaching as required.
* Provide one‑off assessments and referral recommendations as required.
* Work at a client level to provide group psychoeducation, raising awareness of mental health and wellbeing, and delivering remote presentations, workshop events and training as required.
* Work autonomously within professional guidelines and Bupa’s service policies and procedures.
* Attend regular clinical supervision, individually and in group, in line with Bupa and professional body guidelines.
* Work with operational and clinical teams to identify ways to improve client and employee experiences.
Essential Qualifications and Skills
* Post‑Graduate Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT / High Intensity) that is BABCP accredited.
* Full Accreditation with the British Association of Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP).
* At least 2 years’ experience providing high intensity CBT interventions with working‑age clients presenting a range of issues.
Desirable
* Training and accreditation in one or more additional specialised areas of psychological treatment, such as EMDR.
* Corporate experience and business understanding.
* Excellent leadership and management skills.
Key Skills & Experience
* General adult mental health specialism experience.
* IT proficiency, including Microsoft systems and electronic medical record systems.
* Ability to evaluate, plan and prioritise workload within demanding time scales.
* Proven experience of customer service and client liaison.
* Excellent application of clinical knowledge.
* Excellent presentation and interpersonal communication skills.
* Strong professional and personal drive.
* Enthusiastic, self‑motivated and self‑sufficient.
* Ability to respond rapidly and decisively.
* Excellent team player.
* Strong problem‑solving capability.
* Experience managing own caseload and working towards individual targets and outcomes.
* Maintaining time boundaries and efficient diary management to achieve utilisation targets.
