A leading legal practice with a strong reputation for excellence is seeking a talented and experienced Private Client Solicitor (8+ PQE) to join its highly regarded team in Leeds. This is a senior-level opportunity for a confident individual to take on a Managing Associate or Director role and play a pivotal part in advising high net worth individuals and owner-managed businesses.

The Role

You will be responsible for managing a broad and varied caseload of complex Private Client matters, as well as supervising and mentoring junior team members. This will include:

* Drafting and advising on complex wills, trusts and estate planning, including cross-border matters and inheritance tax mitigation
* Handling the administration of estates and matters involving powers of attorney
* Acting as a trusted advisor to clients, developing long-term relationships and delivering exceptional service
* Collaborating with colleagues and external professionals on business succession planning, foreign asset management and HMRC compliance
* Engaging in business development, including networking and generating new client referrals
