You willbe requiredto liaise directly with the key stakeholders within Great Places as well as contractorsand consultantsto ensure thesuccessfulinvestment programme delivery Whatyouwill be doing Delivering projects part ofthe annual investment programme Coordinating with customers and theCLO,forthe investment programme delivery Managing external contractors and consultants Contract management including progress against programme,financial managementand KPIs Site inspectionsmonitoringquality and progress Analysing data as part of investment programme deliveryto ensureappropriate investmentdecisions Chair monthly meetings draft progress reports Providetechnicaladvicein terms ofbuilding designandbuildingpathology Ensuring compliance with legislative and statutoryobligations Positive customer engagement Represent Great Places at stakeholder meetings Whatyou will need Experience working in aproperty and construction with astrong technical knowledge Ideally, experience of working in a social housing / housing maintenance environment Understanding ofbuilding contracts, tendering,procurementand commercial management Experienceofplanning andprojects management and managing programmedelivery Data analysis skillstopreparereportsforsenior management team A good knowledgeofIT and systems. Build and sustain working relationships withinternal and external stakeholders Ability to work in afast pacedenvironment and manage multiple activities and priorities to a deadline.
