We aim to become a household brand in 2-3 years and are seeking an Omnichannel Operations Manager to support our growth.

The Role
Operations Manager (Salary: £40k - £50k FT + Bonus + Share Options)
Location: Remote (UK only). Attendance at our Gosforth, Newcastle office once a month required if not based in NE England.
This role is ideal for someone eager to build and lead an operational team within a fast-growing consumer brand.
The Operations Manager will oversee our omnichannel supply chain, working closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure efficient operations from product design to delivery, supporting our growth and operational excellence.
Experience in scaling businesses, building processes, and supporting growth stages is essential.
Preferred Experience:
* 3-5 years in operations for a fast-growing DTC & retail brand
* Knowledge of Mintsoft, Unleashed, Shopify
* Familiarity with PIM and retail supply systems
Responsibilities:
* Maintain 98% on-shelf availability for key SKUs
* Manage B2B logistics, relationships with 3PL, courier, and freight partners, and oversee inbound orders
* Manage B2C logistics and improve profitability
* Lead manufacturing partnerships, sourcing, and supply planning
* Oversee new product launches and manage product data
* Support international expansion and compliance
* Manage operational systems like inventory and purchasing software
* Coordinate demand forecasting and supply planning
* Handle administrative tasks such as tracking Nursem Promise and invoicing
* Report on KPIs related to operations and stock health
* Foster a positive team culture and support team development
