Recent investments have supercharged their surgical division - and now they're looking for a dynamic Product Manager to take a key portfolio to the next level. What you’ll be doing This is a new, high-impact role working across both UK and international markets. As Product Manager - Surgical, you’ll take full ownership of the Women’s Health and Laparoscopy portfolio, driving both upstream and downstream activities. From market strategy to campaign execution, you’ll be responsible for taking a technically sound, regulation-ready portfolio and making it commercially successful. Your day-to-day might look a little like this: Lead full product lifecycle management Develop and execute marketing strategies across global markets Own the positioning and messaging for key brands Create impactful marketing assets – sales collateral, digital content, videos, and more Coordinate training resources and support sales effectiveness Work closely with cross-functional teams – including Regulatory, Quality, R&D, and Manufacturing A bit about you Ideally, you’ll be based in or around Worksop and willing to travel across the UK and internationally. You’ll have 3 years’ experience in the medical or healthcare market - ideally in marketing, sales, or with transferable skills from other medical fields. A few other key skills our client is looking for: Experience in the NHS and UK healthcare market (international exposure a plus) Excellent communication and presentation skills Strong organisational and project management capabilities High energy, adaptability, and a can-do attitude CIM or marketing experience is preferable Laparoscopic experience helpful but not essential Want to hear more?
