Procurement & Stock Controller Competitive Salary plus great Benefits Alton, Hampshire MC Technical Recruitment is currently looking to recruit a Procurement & Stock Controller to coordinate and manage supplier relationships at a facility based in Alton, Hampshire. As an Mechanical Technician, you will be responsible for: Coordinate procurement activities, raising purchase orders and managing supplier relationships Monitor material lead times, deliveries and expediting to support maintenance and operations Manage site stores and inventory, maintaining minimum/maximum stock levels Receive goods into stores (GRN), verify deliveries against orders and update records Control chemical stock, ensuring correct ordering, storage and compliance Maintain inventory records, stock reconciliation and recommend disposal of obsolete items Organise transport of goods between sites and to external suppliers Maintain registers for equipment calibration and scaffolding Manage servicing, MOT, insurance and compliance for company vehicles Ensure adherence to health, safety and environmental procedures Other duties as required To be considered for this role you should have: Previous experience in procurement, stores or materials control (oil & gas or similar preferred) Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise at all levels IT literate, with experience of MS Office and stock control systems Full UK driving licence; FLT licence advantageous What's on offer: Excellent basic salary A generous site bonus based on individual and company performance Call out payments 10% Company pension contribution Annual gym allowance Life assurance 8x salary To apply: If you are interested in this role, please apply via the link below or contact Jordan at MC Technical Recruitment on 01489 533 033 / for a confidential chat.
