Job Title: Internal Verifier / IQA - Hospitality
Location: Home based - Must be flexible with travel as required
Salary: £32,000
Type: Full Time, Permanent
Essential Criteria:
Must hold a recognised IQA qualification.
Must have experience of verifying Hospitality Apprenticeships (Front of House and/or Back of House)
Must possess solid, occupational experience within the Hospitality sector (Front of House and/or Back of House)
Confident and professional with the ability to inspire and motivate people.
Must be flexible with travel as required.Role duties:
Internal Verification / Quality Assurance of Hospitality Apprenticeships (Front of House and/or Back of House)
Develop, plan and execute Quality Improvement Plans, driving and promoting continuous quality improvement and outstanding teaching and learning.
Conduct regular standardisation meetings, as well as observations of teaching and learning.
Ensure the timely achievement of learners.
Update and maintain sampling plans in line with company and awarding organisations requirements.Please note:
