Robert Half Finance and Accounting are currently looking to recruit a Finance Manager to join an exciting Professional Services company with a reputable name within their industry, based in North Bristol. For the right person the client is offering a very competitive:
£55,000 - £65,000 and hybrid remote working
Role responsibilities will include but not limited to:
1. Take full responsibility for the in-house finance function including management accounting, financial accounting and financial analysis
2. Prepare and review the companies cash flow, forecasting and financial planning
3. Prepare and submit VAT returns in accordance with HMRC regulations
4. Manage accounts payable/receivable and deal with all transactional processing as required
5. Develop financial controls, procedures, and reporting systems to improve efficiency and accuracy
6. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and internal policies
Person specification:
7. Qualified or QBE Finance Manager or Management Accountant
8. Strong experience producing monthly management accounts packs and meaningful analysis
9. Analytically minded with strong organisation and problem solving skills
10. Ability to communicate across all levels of a business
