Role | Residential Property Legal Administrator Experience | Previous experience in a similar role Based | Shoreham Offer | £24,000 - £26,000 per annum – depending on experience We are working with a fantastic firm based near to Shoreham who are looking to hire a Legal Administrator to work closely with the firms Residential Property team. The firm are looking for someone who has previously worked within a legal background and would be able to hit the ground running. Typical duties would include: * Supporting the Residential Conveyancing team with administrative tasks. * Assisting with client communications and managing client files. * Conducting general administrative duties to ensure smooth team operations. * Ensuring compliance with GDPR and AML regulations. * Maintaining accurate records and documentation. The successful candidate: * Previous experience in a legal or client-focused administrative role. * An understanding of GDPR and AML compliance. * Proactive and professional approach to work. * Excellent organisational and communication skills. * Strong attention to detail.
