The role of Service Delivery Manager will include:
1. Managing the delivery of services to our stake holders in Sanctuary
2. Ensuring the team are working effectively and safely
3. Managing our frontline grounds maintenance, cleaning and compliance team
4. Respond positively to complaints and breakdowns in service delivery to meet customer expectations
5. Support, monitor and review constantly, both self and sub-contractor delivery and performance
Skills and experiences:
6. Recent experience of undertaking a similar role managing front line teams providing grounds maintenance and cleaning
7. Working knowledge of the application of Health and Safety legislation
8. Proven experience of working to deadlines and prioritising workloads
9. Basic user of Microsoft Office packages, specifically Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook (or similar)
10. This role will involve driving on company business. In order to drive a company vehicle, drivers must hold a full valid UK driving licence
