Warehouse Picker & Packer – needed in Tewkesbury, Salary: Starting at £12.80 per hour (increasing with training), Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week – 5 shifts, Start Times: 07:00 / 09:00 weekdays, 07:00 Saturdays, Location: Tewkesbury, Contract: Temp-to-perm (12 weeks).
Join a well-established logistics and distribution operation! We’re looking for motivated Warehouse Pickers & Packers to support a busy chilled warehouse in Tewkesbury. This Temp-to-Perm opportunity offers long-term progression, full training, and hands-on experience using modern warehouse technology.
What You’ll Do
1. Pick and pack stock accurately for customer orders
2. Rotate and replenish stock as required
3. Load and secure orders for dispatch
4. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse area
5. Operate PPT/LLOP equipment (training provided)
6. Work as part of a fast-paced warehouse team
What We’re Looking For
7. Positive attitude and strong attention to detail
8. Comfortable with physical, hands-on work
9. Flexible and reliable with transport to Tewkesbury
10. Warehouse or FMCG experience helpful but not essential
11. Willing to undertake training for PPT/LLOP licence
Shift Pattern
12. Weekdays: 07:00–16:30 / 09:00–18:30
13. Saturdays: 07:00–16:00
14. 37.5 hours per week (average)
15. Flexibility to stay longer on shift if required
16. Shifts vary weekly based on production needs
