An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and ambitious Registered Domiciliary Care Manager to lead and grow a newly established branch in Redhill for a national care provider.
Requirements
· Previous experience as a Registered Manager in domiciliary or community care setting
· Demonstrable success in growing service provision and team development
· In-depth understanding of CQC standards and regulatory frameworks
· Commercial acumen and confidence in managing budgets and KPIs
· Strong interpersonal and leadership skills

Key Responsibilities
· Provide strong leadership to the team and ensure high standards of care delivery
· Develop and grow the service in line with business objectives
· Ensure compliance with all CQC regulations and best practices
· Build positive relationships with clients, staff, and external stakeholders
· Support ongoing recruitment and staff development

This branch is currently delivering between 400-550 care hours per week with further growth predicted over the upcoming months and supports a varied client base. The office team includes a Field Care Manager, Care Planner and a part-time Complex Care Nurse. This role offers a unique opportunity to take the lead in developing a successful and stable branch ready for further growth and development.
The successful candidate will be instrumental in growing the service, increasing care hours, and embedding a culture of excellence.
