Salary: £32,700 + share of gratuities
Hours: Full-time, 45 hours per week

The Role
As Chef de Partie, you will:
* Prepare and cook dishes to a consistently high standard using fresh, seasonal ingredients
* Operate your section effectively on a day-to-day basis
* Ensure all mise en place for lunch and dinner services is complete and precise
* Produce wholesome, nutritious staff meals
* Support junior chefs and contribute to their training and development
* Maintain excellent standards of kitchen hygiene, organisation, and food safety
* Work closely with senior chefs to deliver an exceptional dining experience

About You
We’re looking for someone who brings:
* Good industry knowledge and understanding of modern food production
* Ability to work efficiently under pressure
* A strong work ethic and a desire to develop
* Minimum NVQ Level 1 and CIEH Level 2
* Ideally 1 year of experience in a similar role
* A positive, team-focused attitude and pride in high-quality cooking
