The Role:

Our Retail Trade Support Manager is responsible for reviewing, planning, and co-ordinating customer and Brands activity to ensure the needs of the business and stores are met with a strong focus on right-first-time execution.

While proactively analysing and identifying commercial opportunity around Trade, Customer and Brands at New Look to support the delivery of agreed Retail KPIs.

Building strong communication, feedback and review processes between key stakeholders including; Digital, Brands, Marketing, E-com, Customer Planning, Analysis and Retail Build. Acting as a key link between central teams, brands, and stores.

About You:

* Work alongside the Retail Trade Manager to plan and co-ordinate Retail trade activity, ensuring relevant local market activity is considered
* Ownership of all trade comms including weekly Activity Pack, ensuring stores are provided with fit for purpose information to ensure right first-time execution
* Deliver robust, accurate and engaging Retail communication for all trade activity. Review previous activity to identify opportunity, elevating content where required in order to support sales and execution
* Analysis of all trade activity, and communication of results to relevant stakeholders, identifying opportunities and lessons learnt to support future trade decision making
* Work alongside the BMD teams to support product initiatives and opportunities, influencing and challenging plans if activity has a negative impact to trade/customers/stores
* Attend relevant Trade meetings, enabling retails voice to be heard
* Host weekly trade meetings with relevant stakeholders, updating where necessary on an ad hoc basis where trade becomes reactive
