Overview
We are recruiting a reliable, experienced hard‑working Admin for a building trade customer who deals within loft ladders, skylights and roof windows.
Responsibilities
* Process orders within agreed time frames and following company procedures.
* Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Manage workload effectively and efficiently.
* Monitor delivery tracking.
* Deal with enquiries efficiently.
* Monitor and respond to email inboxes.
* Proactively identify potential sales opportunities on the company’s website and follow up on leads.
* Support the online business.
* Submit paperwork to a high standard of accuracy.
* Maintain records of customer discounts and monitor monthly promotions.
* Strong professional communication skills with customers, clients and colleagues.
* Ensure all invoices are sent out daily, liaising with the Accounts department for credit limit information.
* Assist with any other duties reasonably requested by management.
* Occasionally make outbound calls to current clients and customers about promotions and check-in with occasional cold calls.
Qualifications
* Minimum 1 year of good admin background.
* Good data entry skills.
* Experience with email handling.
* Multitasking ability.
* Customer service experience.
* Comfortable with phone communication.
