What you'll be doing:
Join our Transfers team as a Transfers Technician, where you'll play a key role in ensuring our operations stay ahead of legal and regulatory changes. You'll be the go-to expert for all things technical within Transfers — from overseeing regulatory events and producing trustee reports, to supporting projects and testing as a subject matter expert. You'll liaise with compliance and technical teams to resolve queries, roll out updates, and maintain high standards of customer service. If you're detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to treating customers fairly, this is your chance to make a real impact in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
* Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring regulatory changes and ensuring our Transfers processes evolve to remain fully compliant and efficient.
* Be the go-to expert for technical and compliance queries, collaborating closely with internal teams and documenting solutions that drive clarity and consistency.
* Own key regulatory controls — from reviewing and attesting processes to signing off test scripts and leading due diligence efforts across projects.
* Champion continuous improvement by sharing knowledge, coaching peers, and embedding a culture of Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) across everything you do.
What we’re looking for:
* You thrive in a fast-paced setting, with excellent planning skills that help you prioritise tasks and consistently meet deadlines.
* Your strong interpersonal and communication skills make you a confident role model, able to share feedback, work across teams, and support others effectively.
* You have a keen eye for detail and a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook, helping you deliver high-quality work under pressure.
* Good knowledge of pension legislation.
What you can expect from us:
* Generous pension contributions with an employer contribution of up to 14%
* Real living wage
* Income protection, critical illness cover & death in service insurance
* Employee healthcare
* Parental and adoption leave
* Learning & development opportunities and study support

* Subsidised restaurant in our Crawley office
* Volunteering days and charity payroll giving
