This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Care Co-ordinator to join an established domiciliary care provider at their branch in the Seaford area, supporting the delivery of high-quality care across the local community. This group has five branches across England with a supportive management structure in place and presents as an excellent opportunity for career development. Requirements Previous experience as a care co-ordinator. Knowledge and understanding of CQC regulations. Good working knowledge of IT systems. Ability to communicate and engage with care staff effectively by phone, email and in person. Experience in business development within domiciliary care is desirable. Responsibilities Reporting to Deputy Branch Manager. Day-to-day management of rotas. Liaising with clients, families and external professionals. Ensuring care delivery is compliant with legislation and best practice. Supporting continuity of care and contributing to branch development.
