Our core services are installation, merchandising, aftermarket and maintenance Your Purpose. You will be a core member of an evolving team at Momentum, the Samsung MX Maintenance team. You will be one of our maintenance experts, responsible for implementing retail displays for one of the world’s largest technology brands within high street retailers. This involves keeping the retail looking perfect for the customers that visit the store and that might entail assembling display stands, installing Point of Sale, updating display devices and making sure that all digital content is current and working correctly Key skills for the role include: Full UK driving licence – you must be able to drive a van and meet our minimum driver requirements Technical ability – the ability to build and maintain displays, read planograms, work tidily and efficiently in a store environment Methodical – with a keen eye for detail, taking the time to ensure we deliver the client brief right first time Passion – you need the passion and drive to become a maintenance expert, working in our business that changes as quickly as the market we work in Confidence – with outstanding customer relationships and communication skills to liaise with store management teams Approachability – as part of our Maintenance team you’ll be working in live stores – customers need to be able to approach you with their feedback whilst on-site. You are the face of Momentum whilst working in-store What Does Your New Role Look Like? Working on a fixed maintenance contract, you will be one of our Retail Support Engineer experts – responsible for implementing and maintaining retail displays for global tech brand within high street retailers. On a typical day, you’ll visit several retailers in your region. You will be provided a company, vehicle, phone and all the kit you need to deliver an outstanding job and have the satisfaction of being able to say “I did that” whenever you look at a stand in-store. You will do this by: Instore fixture and stand maintenance Ensuring planogram compliance is delivered DIY assembly and relocation of display stands Changing and replacing visuals Installing Point of Sale What Do You Get in Return?
