Hays HR are currently supporting with the recruitment of a Reward Partner on a permanent basis.
This role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day coordination of employee benefits programs, ensuring they are managed in alignment with company policies.
The position requires close collaboration with HR colleagues, external vendors, internal stakeholders, and employees to provide support and deliver clear information on all benefit-related matters.
Key Accountabilities: • Coordinate employee benefits programs including health insurance, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability, retirement, and pension plans in various international locations, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies. • Conduct benefits orientations and explain benefits self-enrolment options to new employees. • Assist employees with benefits enquiries and issues, acting as a liaison between employees and insurance providers. • Process benefits enrolments, changes, and terminations, as needed. • Coordinate annual benefits open enrolment process. • Manage relationships with benefits vendors and brokers. • Evaluate vendor performance and conduct regular reviews. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date benefits records in the benefits systems. • Provide exceptional customer service regarding benefits-related issues. • Assist HR Business Partners in educating employees on benefit plan options, policy features, and enrolment procedures.
Required Qualification (Education/Experience): • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field or equivalent experience required. • 3+ years of experience in reward/benefits role. • Proficiency with HRIS systems and benefits administration software. • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
