Smile Education is currently recruiting for 2 Permanent IT Technicians on behalf of our partner schools within the Redditch area.
This role will be full time Monday – Friday 8am-4pm.
The successful candidate will assist teachers and students in having the tools and technology that they need to succeed, and supporting cutting-edge technology across multiple schools within the trust.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Provide hands on technical support across our schools.
* Maintaining hardware, software and network systems.
* Work closely with the Technical Lead and Service Lead to deliver reliable, secure and user-friendly IT services that underpin teaching and learning.
The ideal candidate will have
* Experience working in a school environment as a IT Technician preferred but not essential.
* ICT experience / qualification.
* A passion for working in a school environment.
