Business Development Manager
Deeside / North-West | Field-Based
A well-established and growing compliance business is looking to appoint a driven and commercially focused Business Development Manager to support continued expansion across the UK.
This organisation works with clients across a range of commercial sectors, delivering specialist compliance and safety-related services while building long‑term partnerships through quality, reliability, and industry expertise.
This role would suit a motivated sales professional who enjoys winning new business, building strong relationships, and working in a target‑driven environment where performance is recognised and rewarded.
The Role
* Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities
* Build and maintain strong client relationships
* Manage the full sales cycle from initial enquiry through to close
* Carry out outbound sales activity including calls, emails, meetings, and site visits
* Develop and manage a healthy sales pipeline using CRM systems
* Negotiate confidently and commercially to secure new contracts
* Produce accurate sales forecasts and pipeline updates
* Represent the business professionally within the market
* Maintain awareness of relevant compliance legislation and industry standards
