Unique opportunity for an experienced NetSuite Finance & Supply Chain professional to have full system ownership of NetSuite ERP (Financials, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Inventory Management, Reporting) for this global organisation. The role involves collaborating with business functions to drive other business systems applications, including expense management, procurement, purchasing, and the future EPM landscape.
Leveraging your extensive NetSuite Finance & Supply Chain expertise, you will partner with internal stakeholders including the C-Suite, Directors & Management, SMEs, and end users, while forming excellent vendor relationships with external parties to support business growth and optimise scalable finance and supply chain technology solutions.
This global leader is initiating a business process optimisation and automation initiative, resulting in significant investment in the technology function. The Director – IT Business Partner will lead, shape, and drive the digital finance and supply chain systems roadmap globally. This is an exciting time for the organisation as they enter their next phase of growth.
Key responsibilities include:
Strategic Alignment
* Be the trusted advisor for Finance and Supply Chain leadership, understanding their goals and driving solutions.
* Identify opportunities to harness Oracle NetSuite and the broader Oracle ecosystem for business impact.
* Maintain an IT roadmap aligned with Finance and Supply Chain priorities.
* Collaborate to design and implement financial and supply chain solutions, optimising budgeting, forecasting, and logistics.
* Lead the integration of new features, modules, and third-party SuiteApps.
* Manage IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
* Leverage innovation and emerging technologies to advance Finance and Supply Chain functions.
* Identify automation opportunities to streamline operations.
Stakeholder Engagement & Relationship Management
* Build strong relationships with business leaders to ensure IT solutions meet business needs.
* Serve as the key contact for issue resolution and continuous improvement.
* Conduct regular check-ins for feedback, updates, and strategy alignment.
Process Optimisation & Compliance
* Implement process improvements to enhance workflows.
* Ensure compliance with financial regulations, data security, and supply chain standards.
* Establish policies and procedures for smooth IT and business operations.
Successful candidates will have senior NetSuite experience, a strong background in IT and Finance/Supply Chain, and proven experience managing complex ERP landscapes in fast-paced environments. Project management, leadership, business partnering, and vendor management skills are essential. Excellent communication skills are required to present technical information effectively to diverse audiences.
