We are seeking a proactive, clinically-driven Community Pharmacist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be confident in delivering essential and advanced NHS services, while also actively promoting and delivering our private services — including travel health, PGDs, weight management, and vaccinations.

Key Responsibilities:
Essential & Advanced Services:
* Dispense prescriptions accurately and efficiently, ensuring full compliance with GPhC standards.
* Deliver all Essential NHS Pharmacy Services, including dispensing, clinical checks, and signposting.
* Provide Advanced Services such as:
* New Medicine Service (NMS)
* Community Pharmacy Consultation Service (CPCS)
* Hypertension Case-Finding
* Smoking Cessation
* Flu Vaccinations (seasonal)
Private & Clinical Services:
* Actively promote and deliver Private PGD Services, such as:
* Antibiotic prescribing (e.g. for UTIs)
* Emergency contraception
* Travel health and malaria prophylaxis
* Erectile dysfunction
* Lead and grow the Travel Health Clinic, including patient consultations, vaccinations, and medication supply.
* Provide private vaccination services, including:
* Hepatitis A/B
* Typhoid
* Rabies
* Meningitis ACWY
* HPV
* Shingles
* COVID-19 Vaccinations
* Deliver and expand Weight Management Services (e.g. Wegovy/Saxenda under PGD or private consultation).
* Offer Blood Pressure, Cholesterol, and Blood Glucose checks as part of our growing health screening portfolio.
Business Growth & Patient Engagement:
* Build strong patient relationships and deliver exceptional customer service.
* Proactively engage with patients to increase uptake of services.
* Support marketing and outreach campaigns for private services, especially travel health and vaccinations.
* Work with the wider team to meet KPIs for service delivery and patient outcomes.
Key Skills & Experience:
* GPhC-registered Pharmacist (mandatory)
* Experienced or newly qualified pharmacists welcome, with the right clinical attitude
* Confident delivering both NHS and private clinical services
* Trained in vaccination and PGD delivery (training can be provided if required)
* Excellent communication and consultation skills
* Commercial awareness and passion for service development

Pay: £35,192.16-£50,000.00 per year
