Rate: £90 to £110 per day (Depending on experience)

About the Role:
As a Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant in Nottingham, you will be instrumental in helping students manage their behaviour and engage positively with their learning. Working closely with teachers and pastoral staff, you will provide tailored support to students who may be facing emotional or behavioural challenges. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a supportive educational environment.
Key Responsibilities of Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant (TA):
* Support students with behavioural needs on a one-to-one or small group basis.
* Implement behaviour management strategies and interventions.
* Assist in developing and maintaining a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
* Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, and other staff to support student progress.
* Monitor and report on student behaviour and progress.
* Help students develop social and emotional skills.
* Promote a safe and respectful learning environment.
Requirements of Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant (TA):
* Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
* Strong behaviour management skills and a calm, patient approach.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to build positive relationships with students and staff.
* A genuine passion for supporting students with behavioural needs.
* Relevant training or qualifications in behaviour support or SEN is desirable.

* The right to work in the UK.
* An up-to-date CV with two relevant references from within the last 2 years.
* An enhanced DBS registered to the update service or be willing to apply for one through GSL Education.
