Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our office environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role is essential in supporting our team and enhancing productivity within the office.
Responsibilities
* Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring all necessary materials are stocked and readily available.
* Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments for team members, ensuring effective time management.
* Oversee administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence to maintain an organised office environment.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, fostering strong relationships with clients and vendors.
* Implement office policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
* Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations as required by management.
* Support HR functions including onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel records.
* Manage the sales team and provide sales training and support to understand if KPI'S are being met.
* Meet with the Marketing team to understand if KPI'S are being met.
Skills
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications.
* Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
* Attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy in all tasks.
* Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing challenges as they arise.
