Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 per annum
Overview
We are recruiting for an experienced Damp & Mould Supervisor to join a leading social housing maintenance provider. You will be responsible for managing damp & mould cases from initial report through to completion, ensuring timely responses, strong resident engagement, and high-quality remedial works.
Key Responsibilities
Manage damp & mould cases end-to-endOversee first response, ensuring quality and full evidence captureCoordinate follow-on works with internal teams and contractorsManage access, vulnerabilities, and riskMonitor performance (KPIs, response times, completions)Support complaints and Ombudsman enquiriesEnsure compliance with health & safety standardsRequirements
Experience in a supervisory role within social housing or maintenanceStrong understanding of damp & mould processesExcellent organisational and communication skillsExperience with case management and reportingKnowledge of housing legislation (HHSRS, Awaab’s Law)Full UK driving licenceWhat’s on Offer
