Executive Assistant 3-month contract Immediate start Edinburgh- hybrid Meraki Talent is partnered with a leading professional services firm to appoint an Executive Assistant to their Edinburgh team to support C-Suite level stakeholders. This is a full-time position for a period of 3 months initially, but with the potential to be go permanent. Our client is offering an attractive hourly rate, paid weekly, alongside a hybrid working model. What You’ll Do: Calendar Management: Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Communication: Act as a liaison between executives and stakeholders, and handle emails, phone calls, and correspondence. Task Prioritisation: Help manage daily tasks, prioritise responsibilities, and ensure deadlines are met. Event Coordination: Plan and organise events, meetings, and team activities. Research & Reporting: Conduct research, prepare reports, presentations, and assist with various projects as needed. What We’re Looking For: Minimum 2 years as a PA or similar role within a professional or financial services environment Excellent organisation, time management, and multitasking abilities.
