Are you an experienced Care Home Manager looking to join a Devon based care provider who specialise in elderly and dementia care?
Our client is looking for a passionate Registered Care Home Manager for their 35 bed Residential Care. The Regional Manager is looking for an experienced and previously Registered Manager with a passion for high quality care, a good understanding of the needs of people with dementia and a good understanding of CQC requirements.
Our client will provide you with a great deal of support to help you succeed in this role, they will also provide any additional qualifications and courses you require.

1. Management qualification
2. Previously managed a care home
3. Background in elderly / dementia care
4. Knowledge of CQC and standards
5. Good communication skills
