The ideal candidate will be qualified as a Solicitor, Legal Executive or experienced Conveyancing Executive, with proven experience of working in a busy Conveyancing team as a fee earner.
They will possess previous Conveyancing experience and be confident managing their own busy caseload. They will ensure transactions proceed as smoothly and quickly as possible and offer a high-quality property service.
They will possess strong communication skills and inspire confidence with clients and possess the ability to keep a cool head when under pressure.
