This role plays a crucial part in ensuring optimal performance and minimising downtime for customers.

About the role:
* £45,000 OTE
* Full time
* Hours: Monday – Thursday 7:30am – 4:00pm, and Saturdays on a rotational basis (7:45am – 12:30pm)
* Permanent role
What you'll be doing in this role:
* Performing maintenance and repairs on heavy plant and powered access machinery at customer sites and in the workshop when required.
* Diagnosing and resolving mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.
* Providing technical support and guidance to customers regarding equipment operation and troubleshooting.
* Maintaining high safety and maintenance standards in all tasks.
* Working collaboratively within the team to enhance operational efficiency.
* Keeping accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and service history.
* Applying strong mechanical expertise to ensure precision and reliability.
* Demonstrating attention to detail in maintaining equipment quality and performance.
What is required for this role:
* Previous experience in the repair and maintenance of plant and equipment.
* Strong mechanical skills with knowledge of electrics, electronics, and hydraulics.
* Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
* Good customer service skills and a valid driving licence.
