As Lead Product Manager, reporting to the Road Ops Transformation Director, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our operations.
Responsibilities
* Lead a team of Product Managers to deliver transformational change across Roadside Operations
* Define and document business requirements, processes, and data product solutions
* Collaborate with IT and business teams to shape future operational capabilities
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency and customer outcomes
* Support investment decisions through detailed analysis and market insight
* Communicate priorities, risks, and opportunities to senior stakeholders
* Create and maintain a roadmap of change aligned to strategic goals
* Champion a data‑driven culture and encourage inquisitiveness around data usage
* Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners
* Ensure compliance with regulatory and audit requirements
Qualifications
* Proven experience delivering continuous service improvements
* Strong leadership and influencing skills, with the ability to motivate and empower teams
* Extensive knowledge of analytics, change management, and operational governance
* Experience working with outsourced partners and delivering support solutions
* Strategic mindset with excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities
* Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and managing complex portfolios
* Ability to document requirements clearly and drive delivery through others
* Commercially astute with a focus on value and outcomes
* Experience in large organisations with complex product sets
* Knowledge of operations and logistics businesses
