The role
The Governors are seeking to appoint a caring, enthusiastic and highly motivated Teaching Assistant to provide support in the Early Years Foundation Stage provision.
Candidates must have previous experience in the Early Years Foundation Stage and paediatric 1st aid training is preferable. 1st aid training will be provided if necessary.
You will be required to work with and supervise individuals and groups of children under the direction/instruction of teaching &/or senior staff, inclusive of specific individual learning needs.
Candidates must demonstrate the skills of enabling access to learning for all pupils. You will assist and support in classroom management and behaviour techniques and be able to provide specialist support in Early Years.
