The role ensures staffing stability, effective planning, strong workforce analytics, and expert HR guidance through ongoing organisational transformation. Key Responsibilities Workforce Planning & Resourcing Maintain appropriate staffing levels across multiple workstreams. Forecast workforce needs, identify gaps, and manage recruitment/retention risks.
