As an Operational Support Specialist, you will be responsible for progressing all administration required to support Guardian’s Customer Service proposition and achieve the target business outcomes. Working closely with the Front Office team you will provide support to advisers and customers accurately and compliantly. Who are we looking for? A customer-first mindset and strong communication skills. Positivity, energy, and the ability to manage your own workload. Team spirit and resilience when dealing with challenging queries.
