KS2 Teacher - Small Mixed Class (Key Stage 2)

* Contract: Full Time | TemporaryEnd of Academic Year)
Premier Education Ltd are currently working in partnership with a small primary school in the Longnor area who are seeking a committed and enthusiastic KS2 Teacher to take on a mixed Key Stage 2 class from 1st June 2026 through to the end of the academic year.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a teacher who enjoys working in a small, supportive school environment, where class sizes are reduced and there is a strong focus on individual pupil progress and personalised learning.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and differentiated lessons to a mixed-age KS2 class, ensuring all pupils are supported to reach their full potential.
Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver engaging KS2 lessons across a mixed-age class
* Differentiate learning to meet a range of abilities and learning needs
* Create a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment
* Track, assess, and report on pupil progress
* Work collaboratively with support staff and school leadership
* Support pupils academic, social, and emotional development
Requirements
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
* Experience teaching within Key Stage 2
* Confidence teaching mixed-age or small class settings (desirable)
* Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
* A flexible, proactive, and positive approach
* Ability to provide two references covering the last two years of employment history
* An Enhanced Child Workforce DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for one
