Fleet Administrator Salary: £28,000 Job Type: Full-time, Permanent My client is a growing business with a nationwide presence, offering comprehensive landscaping and facilities management services. We are seeking a Fleet Administrator to join their Fleet and Asset Team at our Head Office in Windlesham to support our expanding operations. Key Responsibilities - Work in our Key 2 Fleet Management System for all fleet-related tasks - Lead effective communication with suppliers and third-party agents - Manage compliance data and ensure fleet data is accurate and regularly updated - Manage Tolls, Congestion Charges, ULEZ Accounts for the Group - Administer forms and associated fleet documents - Monitor the Group Incident Database and liaise with insurers on vehicle accident claims - Update and maintain Telematics systems and produce utilization reports - Process fleet invoices and challenge non-compliant invoices - Oversee maintenance schedules and issue purchase orders - Ensure fleet compliance with MOTs, servicing, and 8-week checks Skills & Experience Required - Experience with Microsoft Excel including Pivot Tables and formulas - Meticulous attention to detail - Effective communication with internal stakeholders and fleet suppliers - Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 – Word, Excel, SharePoint, Teams - Full driving license required for travel to other sites Benefits - 28 days holiday (including Bank Holidays) - Company pension scheme - Cycle to work scheme - Employee discount - Free parking - Health & wellbeing - On-site gym
