The Role
We are seeking GMC‑registered doctors to join our London clinic to supervise patient care. You will act as the named supervising clinician, ensuring safety, governance, and clinical excellence. You will work alongside trained TMS practitioners and allied health professionals, with overall responsibility for patient assessment, treatment oversight, and escalation where required. This is a patient‑facing role, requiring presence on‑site during treatment sessions.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct initial medical assessments and confirm suitability for neuromodulation.
* Provide on‑site supervision during treatment sessions, ensuring immediate medical cover.
* Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team (psychiatry, rheumatology, psychology, physiotherapy).
* Safeguard patient welfare and manage any risk or clinical escalation.
* Document clinical decisions and share outcomes with referring GPs where appropriate.
* Participate in clinical governance meetings and contribute to protocol refinement.
Requirements
* GMC registration and licence to practise.
* ST3 and above with a certificate of completion of training.
* Background in psychiatry, neurology, rheumatology, pain medicine, or general practice.
* Individual medical indemnity insurance.
* Strong interest in neurostimulation, chronic pain, and integrative models of care.
* Commitment to evidence‑based, compassionate, patient‑centred medicine.
* Availability for in‑person clinical supervision at 1 Orchard St, London W1H 6HJ.
