Responsibilities
As a Warehouse Solution & Design Engineer you will design and implement warehouse solutions:
* Develop efficient warehouse layouts and optimize material flows.
* Integrate automation to enhance operational performance.
* Support operational teams in optimizing existing processes and ensure smooth implementation of new solutions.
* Collaborate closely with project managers, IT specialists, and operations teams.
* Contribute to increasing efficiency, reducing costs, and ensuring scalability.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Technical Expertise – Strong background in warehouse operations, layout design, and process optimization; proficient in CAD software (AutoCAD) and warehouse simulation tools; knowledge of automation systems, material handling equipment, and WMS; data analysis skills; familiarity with Methods‑Time Measurement.
* Experience & Education – 5‑7 years in warehouse design, supply chain engineering, or related field; degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related.
* Personal Qualities & Soft Skills – Customer engagement, leadership & influence, strategic & analytical thinking, problem‑solving mindset, communication & stakeholder management, global mindset.
* Communication Skills – Fluent in English (written & verbal); strong presentation skills.
* Additional Requirements – Interest in new technologies; willingness to travel occasionally for supplier engagements, site visits, and customer meetings.
